We offer shipping Australia wide! We ship orders on Mondays to Thursday with a midday cut off. You can choose which date you'd like it shipped.

Free shipping of orders over $100. (Excluding Rural / Regional areas as according to Aus Post)

Shipping is:

$12 for Sydney Metro Areas for orders under $100. 

$12 for Other Major Metro Areas for orders under $100. 

$24 for Regional Suburbs.

These areas are as defined by Australia Post. 

We only ship on Mondays and Wednesdays, but you can choose which date in the future to ship it. 

We send our packages via Australia Post or Sendle. You will receive a tracking confirmation link which you can use to track the order. Deliveries usually take between 1-3 business days* after it has left the bakery, in some cases longer.

*A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

For Western Australia and regional areas may take longer.

We cannot provide any more tracking information than that provided by you tracking number.

If the recipient is not home to receive the order, and the delivery driver cannot leave it in a safe place, then a re-delivery fee may occur. 

Each order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple addresses/recipients, you will need to make multiple orders.

Yes, we have a minimum order amount of $20.

However, no gluten free options. 

Our products are made in an environment which contains nuts, there are no safe guards in place to strictly protect against cross contamination in regards to nuts. Some of our items also contain nuts. Please, if in doubt, do not take risk it if there is a risk of allergic reaction.

Some of the cookies such as S’mores have marshmallow which has gelatine in it which is not Halal. All our cookies have vanilla beans which have traces of alcohol less than 0.1%, according to the Islamic Co-ordinating Council of Victoria P/L , residual alcohol of no more than 0.1% is considered Halal.

But we leave this information up to you.

Our cookies are made using pasteurised eggs for added food safety. 

When you receive your THICC Cookies and BIGG Brownies, transfer them to an airtight container in a cool dry place at room temperature, the cookies are good for two weeks from the day we send them, we advise in the box 7 days to allow for a few days between being send and being received. Anything after that and they begin to dry out.

Alternatively, if you haven't smashed them in 7 days, you can freeze them. To freeze, wrap them to protect them from freezer burn and you can store them for 2 months. If reheating from frozen, microwave for 1 minute, then leave to rest for 1 minute before eating.

To freeze the THICC Cookies and BIGG Brownies, wrap them in baking paper to protect them from freezer burn and you can store them for up to 2 months. If reheating from frozen, microwave for one minute, then leave to rest for one minute before eating.
